Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the salon, it is
reserved especially for you. I understand
that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully
request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your
appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that
appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to
receive services. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know
how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the
services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will now apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will be charged $25 service amount, payable on your next visit.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged $45 service
amount, payable on your next visit.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to
cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will
result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy allows the time to inform our standby
guests of any availability, as well as keeping my scheduled filled, thus better
serving everyone. Policies are presented and provided in the best quality and
tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.

CONFIRMATION CALLS
As a courtesy, I will call and confirm your service appointments
two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if I am unable to
reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your
responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late
arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
Timely Arrival
I
want your salon experience to be as enjoyable as possible. In order to expedite
your service, I ask that clients arrive on time. I will do my very best to
ensure that your appointment begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion.
However, if we are running
behind schedule, we will call you in order to prevent you from having to
wait.
The salon cannot guarantee services
to clients who arrive later than 15 minutes after their scheduled time. If you
call to inform us that you are running late, we will offer a 15-minute grace
period. However, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to clients who
are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment.
**Tangled Hair reserves the right to
refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any
other situation we deem inappropriate.
